Top-notch service during my stay.
The lock on our room was a nightmare! We spent hours trying to get the door open, and it felt ridiculous to seek help from multiple staff members. Additionally, the bathroom left a lot to be desired. it was dirty and poorly maintained, making our stay uncomfortable.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I loved the historic charm of my Beautiful Room with details that echoed the 1920s. The on-site restaurant, The Knick, served up some of the best grilled shrimp mango salad I've ever tasted! Plus, the spa services threw in that extra touch of luxury
would recommend 🥰✨

The Knickerbocker on the Lake exudes charm with its vintage decor. The historic architecture drew me in immediately. My room had a spacious layout, comfortable bed, and a kitchenette, which made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated the cleanliness. everything felt fresh. The location was ideal, just steps from the lake and close to local parks. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a highlight, with great food and friendly service. However, the front desk staff were a bit unwelcoming during check-in. I faced issues changing the room temperature, making it uncomfortable at times. I wanted to enjoy a bath, but the bathtub spout felt unsafe to touch due to crackling caulk. The lack of regular housekeeping was also noticeable. These issues detracted from an otherwise lovely experience, yet I still enjoyed my stay overall.

The classic ambiance is captivating with beautifully preserved architecture and an inviting exterior. The spacious room featured a comfortable king bed, enhancing relaxation after exploring the local area. Enjoyed dining on the terrace, which added a lovely touch to our experience. However, the limited parking situation was a hassle upon check-in, compounded by unhelpful staff who displayed a lack of professionalism. Additionally, the management's attitude raised concerns about overall guest service.
